Merchandise return
To return products for any reason whatsoever, the customer must notify our Customer Service. Delroof accept returns of certain products within 30 days of purchase. The return can be made in person or by mail through a courier at your expense.
In person: Visit our store with the merchandise in its original packaging and have on hand the original receipt. Your account will be credited by the customer service.
By mail: Return the merchandise in its original packaging with the original receipt to:
